ATSA Conference Registration Information

How to Register Online

To register online it is necessary to use either a VISA or MASTERCARD, no other credit/debit cards or methods of payment will be accepted with the online registration form.

Complete the registration form on the next few pages. After you have confirmed that all information you entered is correct, enter your credit/debit card number and expiration date on the last page (this is a secure site).
IF REGISTERING ELECTRONICALLY, DO NOT FAX OR MAIL YOUR REGISTRATION FORM. IF THE FORM IS SUBMITTED MORE THAN ONCE, YOUR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD MAY BE CHARGED MORE THAN ONCE.
 
Electronic registration is not available for registrants taking advantage of the group registration discount or for registrants using purchase orders.
 
Registrations received after October 6, 2008 will not be processed prior to the Conference. If space permits, registrations received after October 6th will be processed on-site as walk-ins. Availability of on-site registration is not guaranteed.
 
Registration Fees
Preview pricing for Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, Adolescent and Adult Tracks.
Preview pricing for Wednesday, Pre-conference Seminars.
Preview pricing for Thursday - Saturday, Concurrent Sessions and Plenary sessions.
 
Registration for Speakers
All Lead Presenters and all Co-presenters are required to register for the Conference prior to October 6, 2008. Lead Presenters are offered a $50.00 discount on registration fees. ATSA will deduct the $50.00 discount from the Conference fee total prior to processing the credit/debit card payment. Lead presenter discounts cannot be applied to student or group rates.
 
Confirmation
ATSA will confirm all registrations in writing or by E-mail, within two weeks of receipt of your registration form. Please do not assume you are registered unless you have received a confirmation of that fact from ATSA. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact the ATSA office at (503) 643-1023. The confirmation form will also serve as your receipt of payment and acknowledgment of attendance.
 
Willing to Help?
Please volunteer to introduce a presenter and collect session evaluation forms. Your willingness to help is invaluable and greatly appreciated. By checking "Yes" on the registration form, you are not only indicating your willingness to participate, you are also entering yourself in a drawing to win a prize! Thank you!
 
Late Fees
A late fee of $125.00 will be applied to all registrations received after September 8, 2008.
 
Cancellations
Cancellation of your Conference registration must be made in writing and postmarked on or before September 8, 2008. After September 8th there will be no refunds made for cancellations. Registrations, with the same session choices, may be transferred to another participant without penalty. All refunds will be made after the Conference.
